With over 30 years of experience as a clinical psychologist, my coaching is rooted in a deep understanding of human behavior and personal transformation. Drawing from an extensive background in mind-body psychology, I integrate evidence-based practices that foster resilience, well-being, and meaningful change. My approach is informed by the latest research in Positive Psychology, mindfulness, polyvagal theory, neuroplasticity, biofeedback, and other mind-body modalities.
