Instead of striving to fix or change yourself to some new, improved version (yes, that’s exhausting and defeating — I’ve been there), I can help you learn to shift your vantage point, see the mental habits that keep you stuck, and uncover the inner resources that you already have.

I believe well-being is a skill that can be taught and cultivated.  There are tools that can help.

I have seen that transformation comes about when we work with the body, mind and heart together.

I’m passionate about teaching busy people practical tools, ones you can bring into your day that don’t take a lot of time, that can enrich your life, transform stress, bring about greater ease and well-being, and help you listen to what life is waking you up to be.

Over the years I have experienced first-hand the power of meditation, mindfulness, and mind-body practices and have made these an integral part of my personal and professional life. I believe in not only helping people to reach their goals, but also in using integrative approaches to help transform their lives to experience greater well-being and wholeness.

My Background

With my background as a clinical psychologist for over 30 years, and a toolkit of mind-body strategies that I have learned over the years, my coaching is informed by my passion for Positive Psychology, mindfulness, polyvagal theory, positive neuroplasticity, biofeedback, and mind-body practices.
